Everything remains as it is! The ZDB drawing management for Alibre Design EXP, PRO and Atom3D automatically reads the drawings into a fast SQLite database and also works without an Alibre licence (e.g. in Production planing).

With ZDB Alibre Drawing Management you import all information from your drawing inventory into a super fast SQLite database. Individual Alibre files or directories with subdirectories can be imported fully automatically. All General Properties, Standard Properties AND Custom Properties are considered and imported cleanly into the database. This gives you the possibility to search for all contents within all Alibre files. Furthermore, information is displayed where a certain component has been used or where a 2D drawing of it already exists.
Another new feature is the option to sort by files with high activity. This means that the list of all files can be sorted according to the number of save operations. This gives you a good overview of which components and projects are being worked on and how much, especially in a multi-user environment.

- All components like Parts, Shetmetal, BOM and Assemblies are now listed in 2D drawings. You can therefore select individual components and immediately see the linked 3D file in the preview.
- Search in all Metadatas. In the custom Properties also!Allow any expressions in the second argument of the RAISE function.
- The aggregate function group_concat() has been corrected so that it returns an empty string and not NULL if it receives a single input value that is an empty string.
- The generate_series() table-valued function has been improved so that it is able to recognize and use constraints on its output value.
- Performance optimizations:
- Improved reuse of subqueries associated with the IN operator, especially when the IN operator has been duplicated due to predicate pushdown.
- Use of a Bloom filter for subqueries on the right side of the IN operator in cases where this is likely to increase performance.
